Our Annual General Meeting, at which the officers and committee for the year ahead will be elected. This year the Offices of Treasurer and President (which are for a two-year term) are due for election, as well as the general committee. The meeting will start as soon as the day’s competition results have been announced, but not before 1.00pm. Please make an effort to attend.

The agenda will be posted on the notice board in good time, along with proposal sheets for the officer positions due for election and the general committee. In line with the club constitution, if you wish an item to be discussed you must have it added to the agenda 28 days beforehand. No other business can be conducted on the day.
